Replenishment Practice & Capability

Ko wai mātou – About us

Kia ora. We're Foodies.

You know New World, PAK’nSAVE, Four Square and Gilmours? That's us.

With more than 320 stores and over 27,000 Foodies across the North Island, we're proudly New Zealand-owned and operated. As a co-operative, our purpose is simple: helping New Zealanders get more out of life.

Te Tūranga – About the Role

This is not your average replenishment role. Right now, we're on a journey to simplify the way our stores operate, lift productivity, and create better experiences for both customers and team members. That's where you come in!

We're looking for experienced retail operators who know what great store execution looks like and are passionate about helping others achieve it.

As a Replenishment Practice & Capability Lead, you'll be on the ground in our stores, partnering with teams to transform how replenishment is done. You'll coach, train, challenge and support teams to adopt more efficient, consistent and sustainable ways of working that keep shelves full, availability high, and customers happy.

Think of yourself as a retail performance coach, change leader and replenishment expert rolled into one.

You'll work across stores to identify opportunities, embed best-practice processes from back dock to shelf, and create lasting behavioural change that improves results long after you've left the building.

If you're someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, loves seeing teams grow, and gets satisfaction from turning "the way we've always done it" into "the way we should do it", we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead change where it matters most!

• Champion best-practice replenishment processes across our store network
• Coach and develop store teams to improve execution and capability
• Drive consistency across replenishment routines, aisle ownership and shelf availability
• Simplify complex processes into practical, easy-to-follow ways of working
• Partner with stores to identify bottlenecks and solve operational challenges
• Test, refine and continuously improve replenishment practices through real-world application
• Ensure training resources, SOPs and guides remain relevant, practical and impactful
• Create sustainable behavioural change that delivers long-term results
