You'll own Asana as the single source of truth for the marketing org, build and maintain the integrated campaign calendar, and serve as the primary point of coordination between internal teams, external agencies, and cross-functional partners. • Build and maintain detailed project plans in Asana, setting milestones, assigning tasks, and tracking progress across all active workstreams
• Run weekly marketing team syncs, maintaining a clear view of what's on track, what's at risk, and what needs a decision Integrated Marketing Calendar
• Own and maintain the integrated marketing calendar across LTO launches, Cookievation drops, seasonal moments, partnerships, CRM sends, and paid media flights
• Ensure all teams, Brand, Digital, Creative, PR, Social, and Influencer, are operating against a single synchronized calendar with no conflicting timelines or missed dependencies
• Flag sequencing conflicts and work with the Directors to resolve them before they impact delivery Timeline and Resource Management
• Build comprehensive project timelines and ensure all stakeholders have clarity on their deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies
