This role reports to the Vice President, Marketing Operations, and serves as the operational backbone of the marketing organization, providing visibility into all active initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring efficient collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and other business stakeholders to keep projects moving, working up and across the organization.

This is a cross-functional, execution-focused role for someone who takes ownership of how marketing operates, brings AI into day-to-day work where it adds value, and earns trust and alignment across teams without relying on formal authority.
