Position Summary:
Spin.AI is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our security product portfolio and take it to the next level. You will own two strategic, fast-growing products - our Browser Security solution and our SaaS DLP solution - and be the driving force behind their success in the market.
This is an end-to-end leadership role: you will define the product vision, own the roadmap, stay ahead of the competitive landscape, and work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to turn strategy into products customers love. Above all, you will lead these products to scale - growing adoption, revenue and market position.
If you are a business-minded product leader with deep security expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, we want to talk to you.
Role and Responsibilities:
Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap:- Own the product vision and long-term strategy, aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities and define the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the executive team to prioritize features, releases, and investment areas. Customer Insight and Requirements:- Work closely with customers, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Translate customer requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure the feasibility and usability of product features. Product Development and Execution:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, quality assurance, and operations, to develop and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
