Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant at Assistant Launch

We've placed thousands of Executive Assistants with founders and executives over the past 6 years. Many of our EAs have been with the same client for 2, 3, even 4+ years. When we make a match, it sticks. For you, that means stable, long-term client relationships, not a revolving door of short-term gigs.

We're not a VA marketplace. We're a placement agency that takes matching seriously, supports you after placement, and invests in your growth.

Why EAs Choose Assistant Launch

You'll work with high-caliber clients. Our clients are founders and executives running businesses from $500K to $10M+. They're smart, driven, and ready to take on new challenges. You won't be micromanaged or treated like a task robot. You'll be trusted to own outcomes.

AI training and tools are part of the job. We're building one of the most AI-forward EA teams in the industry. You'll get access to AI-specific training and tools that make you faster, sharper, and more valuable. This isn't optional or "nice to have." It's core to how we operate.

We don't just place you and disappear

Every EA goes through our 4-week accelerator to build systems with your client from day one. After that, you still have our support. We don't let people fail.

Real career paths, not empty promises

Top performers move into lead roles, get matched with higher-tier clients, or transition into internal positions at Assistant Launch. We have EAs who've been with us 4+ years and grown their careers here.

Compensation that reflects your value

We offer pay and benefits that meet or exceed industry standards, based on your experience and skill set, with performance-based bonuses and regular salary reviews. Our focus isn’t on low-cost hiring, but on building a team of high-quality professionals—and we compensate fairly for that.
