The Role
The Suite is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our organic social, content, and digital PR efforts. You’ll build our voice across LinkedIn and emerging channels, deliver results-driven SEO content, and forge relationships with media and podcasts as our organization evolves its digital presence. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated early-career marketer to step up and help shape our brand’s reach and story.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow The Suite’s organic presence on LinkedIn and new platforms, maintaining a creative and consistent content calendar in lockstep with Brand & Design.
Write and optimize content across blogs, landing pages, and solution overviews, leveraging keyword and performance data to drive discoverability in both search and AI answer engines (AEO/GEO) like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
Lead in-house digital PR—press pitching, booking podcast guests, and pursuing byline placements—building relationships with targeted press and podcast contacts.
Craft and produce marketing content in multiple formats (product guides, sales materials, videos, and web pages), collaborating cross-functionally to support launches and campaigns driving awareness and demand.
Monitor and report monthly on organic performance—ranking, engagement, PR/podcast placements—translating insights into actionable content and outreach plans.
Partner closely with the Marketing Communications Manager to ensure content aligns with brand voice and business priorities, and with the Director, Digital Marketing & Growth to refine SEO strategy and content needs.
Stay ahead of emerging channels, testing new formats to ensure The Suite’s brand visibility grows as search and social landscapes evolve.
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years in social media, content marketing, PR, or related communications experience
Exposure to social, writing, and outreach responsibilities; breadth valued over deep specialization.
Strong writing skills across multiple formats (e.g., social, blog, web content).
Comfortable following briefs and keyword/search-intent guidelines.
Basic working knowledge of SEO (search intent and on-page fundamentals).
Curiosity or experience with content discoverability in AI answer engines (AEO/GEO).
Ability to interpret basic performance metrics and apply feedback.
Some experience or willingness for direct media/press outreach; initiative valued.
Podcast/guest booking outreach is a plus, not required.
Experience with LinkedIn; open to learning new platforms.
Basic CMS familiarity, or ability to learn new tools quickly.
Regular use of AI tools for drafting, with attention to accuracy.
Collaborative, coachable, and eager to grow into larger content and PR responsibilities.
About The Suite
We are a team of ~80 of the world’s greatest community builders and technologists.
We build high-quality and highly-curated professional communities. We run two of these communities today, including our flagship The L Suite / TechGC, which is a private, invite-only community for General Counsels / Chief Legal Officers and their teams at high-growth tech companies and venture funds, and The F Suite, which is a private, invite-only community for Chief Financial Officers and their teams.
We currently have 5,000+ active members across our communities, representing C-Suite executives and their deputies from most of today’s leading tech companies (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Airbnb, Slack, Coinbase, Uber, Notion, Bolt, Figma, Airtable, Dropbox, Bilt, Datadog, etc.) and venture funds (e.g., a16z, Softbank, Tiger, Accel, Thrive, Battery Ventures, FirstMark, Kleiner Perkins, Insight, etc.).
Each of our communities is unique, but they are all underpinned by our custom-built member platform - the Braintrust. The Braintrust has rapidly emerged as the next evolution of the professional community platform, powering real-time conversations with the right peers at the right time as well as personalized research, insights, and strategies. The Braintrust is one of the strategic pillars supporting our mission to help today’s business leaders excel in their jobs with better and faster answers to their most pressing challenges.
We are a well-funded, profitable, and rapidly scaling startup with a high-impact team.
What Makes Us Unique
We fill a painful hole in the market at an unprecedented time in history. As executives are being pressured to master AI and “do more with less” while at the same time navigating an increasingly complex business environment, the right information and perspective has become harder and harder to find. The dominant networking platforms of the day are too broad and diluted to be effective resources, and it has become difficult to parse through the noise and misinformation to hone in on what really matters. Executives are rapidly retreating back to private, trusted communities for their information, support, and their most interesting conversations.
That’s where we come in. We connect executives to their most valuable resource - their peers - through a highly-curated collection of professional communities. In addition to attending live events, our members get access to the Braintrust, which is a comprehensive research and curated networking platform enhanced by Lloyd (our community-powered AI agent). After logging in, members are immediately connected with their closest peers, and are able to leverage their knowledge and experience for advice, service provider recommendations, benchmarking data, peer coaching/mentorship, and much more. The Braintrust also features a resource library with hundreds of educational videos, templates, and other materials from our community events.
