- Provides IT support across the company including our factory area, warehouse operations and office users;

- Resolves incidents and fulfil service requests in accordance with pre-defined SLA;

- Maintains client devices in good condition, maintain accurate asset inventory of client devices;

- Assists on maintain good condition on Servers, Network devices, meeting room facilities;
