About Us:
Endpoint is an interactive response technology (IRT®) systems and solutions provider that supports the life sciences industry. Since 2009, we have been working with a single vision in mind, to help sponsors and pharmaceutical companies achieve clinical trial success. Our solutions, realized through the proprietary PULSE® platform, have proven to maximize the supply chain, minimize operational costs, and ensure timely and accurate patient dosing. Endpoint is headquartered in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina with offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Endpoint Clinical is a trusted clinical trial technology and service partner delivering reliable randomization and trial supply management solutions. We are expanding our capabilities to bring clinical supply planning closer to real time trial execution, helping sponsors make better supply decisions with greater speed, confidence, and control. We are seeking an entrepreneurial executive to build and lead a clinical supply consulting and advisory practice focused on forecasting, planning, optimization, and intelligent decision support. This leader will combine deep clinical supply expertise with consulting discipline, executive presence, and commercial acumen.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of clinical supply strategy, forecasting and optimization, RTSM/IRT, consulting services, product innovation, and commercial growth. You will serve as Endpoint's executive subject matter expert for clinical supply and help define how sponsors use data, technology, and practical expertise to improve decisions across the trial lifecycle. This is not a traditional clinical supply operations role. It is a build-and-lead opportunity for someone who can create repeatable advisory offerings, engage senior sponsor stakeholders, shape software capabilities, and establish a differentiated market position.
What you will do
- Build and lead the consulting practice
- Establish and scale a clinical supply consulting and advisory capability.
- Develop repeatable offerings, methodologies, frameworks, delivery standards, and intellectual property.
- Define an operating model that supports high-quality delivery, measurable customer outcomes, and sustainable growth.
- Build and develop a team of clinical supply experts as the practice grows.
- Advise sponsors on complex supply decisions
- Partner with clinical supply, development operations, clinical operations, and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Guide customers through forecasting, manufacturing scenarios, inventory strategy, depot planning, overage, risk mitigation, and protocol-change impacts.
