We are building a group-level sales training function and we are looking for a trainer who will create it with us.
This is a role where the result of your work shows up not in participant surveys, but in real changes in sales performance – across all offices and organizations in the group.
In this role you will deliver trainings with significant ownership of the full training cycle – analyzing business requirements, drafting and creating the program, tailoring it to specific global needs, setting impact KPIs and measuring the actual impact on business with reporting to stakeholders.
In this role, you will
-
Deliver sales related classroom training in setups of groups, team development sessions and individual coaching;
-
Design and develop training content for your core sales program direction, building on best practice already present across our companies and applying different learning methods and formats;
-
Deliver training to various groups of different Teltonika Group organizations globally;
-
Establish and track a training efficiency system – define KPIs, collect data, report impact on business indicators;
-
Tailor program content to fit cross-cultural and cross-functional specifics;
-
Take part in train-the-trainer development programs and cross learning – both for training skills and a variety of other training topics related to sales.
Program directions
-
New sales representatives – sales competencies, sales discipline, sales methodology, product portfolio, business presentation;
-
Experienced sales representatives – advanced B2B selling, partnership building and buyer psychology, value selling, negotiation capability;
-
Sales Team Leads (PGV) development – the role of a sales team manager, team performance, team development with impact and coaching methods.
When applying, please indicate which program direction interests you the most. We expect trainers to have a core specialization, but highly skilled trainers may take on a broader scope of programs.
What we expect
-
Experience delivering sales or management training, or a strong sales/management track record with a clear pull towards developing others;
-
Experience across various types and formats of training: large events, classroom workshops, team coaching, individual development, and online delivery;
-
Ability to build a session that changes behaviour based on modern adult learning techniques;
