B2B Sales Trainer

Would you like to join one the fastest growing, multi-national Internet of Things (IoT) companies in the world?

Good, we would like to introduce you to Teltonika. We have been creating IoT solutions for over 25 years, with offices in over 30 countries and more than 3,000 employees worldwide. Our expertise spans networking solutions, telematics, telemedicine, EV charging, and electronics manufacturing. Teltonika’s technologies are widely used across diverse industries, including Green Energy, Smart Cities, Industry 4.0, and more. Despite our growth, we remain a proudly family owed company, founded and headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Within Learning & Development we are building a group-level B2B sales training team and we are looking for a trainer who will create it with us.

This is a role where the result of your work shows up not in participant surveys, but in real changes in sales performance – across all offices and organizations in the group.

In this role you will have significant ownership over the full training cycle – analyzing business requirements, designing the programs, tailoring it to specific global needs, setting impact KPIs and measuring the actual impact on business with reporting to stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

•    Design and develop training content for your core sales program directions, building on best practice already present across our companies and applying different learning methods and formats;

•    Deliver group training in classroom, small team training sessions and individual coaching;

•    Establish and track a training efficiency system – define KPIs, collect data, report impact on business indicators;

•    Tailor program content to fit cross-cultural and cross-functional specifics across all Teltonika Group organizations;

•    Take part in train-the-trainer development programs and cross learning – both for training skills and a variety of other training topics related to sales.

Program directions

•    New sales representatives – sales discipline, sales frameworks (such as MEDDIC, SPIN), product portfolio, business presentation;

•    Experienced sales representatives – advanced B2B selling, partnership building and buyer psychology, value selling, negotiation capability;

•    Sales Team Leads development – the role of a sales team manager, team performance, team development with impact and coaching methods.

When applying, please indicate which program direction interests you the most. We expect trainers to have a core specialization, but highly skilled trainers may take on a broader scope of programs.

What we expect of you:

•    Proven record of training delivery on sales and/or management topics, or a strong sales/management track record with a clear pull towards developing others;

•    Hands-on experience across various types and formats of training: large events, classroom workshops, team coaching, individual development, and online delivery;

•    Ability to design and deliver a session that changes behavior based on modern adult learning techniques;

•    Ability to create training materials from scratch and adapt them to different markets and cultures;

•    Data-driven mindset: you define what success looks like, measure it, and connect training results to business outcomes;

•    Confidence facilitating live groups and giving direct, useful feedback to experienced people;

•    Fluent English and Polish, spoken and written;

•    Readiness for regular travel – around 30-50% of your working time may be spent away, in uneven cycles.

What we offer:

•   Ownership of a group-level program from the ground up, not delivery of someone else’s curriculum.

•   Direct visibility of your impact – onboarding success, ramp-up, conversion and margin are tracked from day one.

•   Work with sales teams and managers across our global network.

•   Continuous professional development through internal and external training.
