About Volga Partners

Volga Partners is a global technology and services organization supporting innovative programs, workforce solutions, and operational initiatives across multiple countries and industries.

As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused People Operations Generalist (HR) to join our team.

This is not a traditional HR administrative role. We are looking for a well-rounded Human Resources and People Operations professional who enjoys supporting employees, partnering with leaders, contributing to recruiting efforts, and helping build scalable people practices within a fast-paced global environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of People Operations, Global Delivery Leads, operational leadership, project teams, and executive leadership to support employees, workforce initiatives, and business operations.

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

This role is designed for a People Operations professional who enjoys variety, collaboration, and continuous learning.

The ideal candidate is not someone who wants to stay within a single area of Human Resources. Instead, they are energized by the opportunity to support recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, workforce administration, compliance initiatives, project launches, and operational coordination within a growing global organization.

Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism and integrity.
• Sound judgment and discretion.
• A willingness to ask questions, learn, and continuously improve.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Confidence to respectfully share feedback and raise concerns.
• A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
• A genuine desire to support both employees and business operations.
