As a Forward Deployed Accountant (FDA), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving adoption, expansion, and technical success for FloQast’s Transform product line. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers — and occasionally select corporate accounts — to deploy AI Agents, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure customers realize measurable ROI through automation.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role designed for technical implementers who thrive at the intersection of technology, consulting, and customer success. As part of the founding FDA cohort, you’ll be instrumental in defining the blueprint for how FloQast scales Transform adoption across our enterprise customer base.
*Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time
What You'll Do:
- Build and deploy AI Agents that automate low to medium-complexity accounting workflows for corporate accounting teams, ensuring accurate configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Enable corporate accounting teams to build and deploy AI Agents by delivering structured training, hands-on workshops, guided build sessions, and office hours, while supporting customers in identifying automation opportunities, assessing use case feasibility, and use case scoping.
- Accelerate adoption across corporate accounting teams by leading enablement sessions and ongoing coaching that help users build confidence in designing, deploying, and maintaining their own AI Agents.
- Perform basic troubleshooting by reviewing Agent configurations, validating inputs and outputs, and coordinating escalation with technical or integration resources as needed.
- Support product improvement by sharing customer feedback and observations, participating in feature testing, and identifying usability gaps or enhancement opportunities.
- Guide partner-led implementations by working closely with partner consultants, ensuring adherence to internal delivery guidelines, and delivering training to develop partner proficiency.
- Travel as needed (up to 30%) to customer sites for hands-on deployment, training, and adoption workshops.
- Lead internal enablement sessions by training team members on Transform’s Agent-building tools, sharing technical best practices, and equipping them to confidently support customers in building and deploying AI Agents.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or accounting operations roles, with strong familiarity with core workflows such as reconciliations, journal entries, variance reviews, and month-end close activities.
- Background in accounting required, CPA preferred. Experience in public accounting, audit, or corporate accounting is strongly preferred.
