IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer

About us

Navarino is an innovative global technology company with offices in Greece, Norway, Germany, Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, USA, UAE, Japan, Singapore and India. We develop technology solutions for the shipping industry and are a leader in our sector. Our R&D and engineering departments focus on building and enriching our product portfolio, with specialized software and services that we develop in-house.

We pride ourselves on our people and culture. We encourage innovative thinking, teamwork, and excellence. Our committed people, our values and ways of working create a dynamic, professional, fun, and family-oriented environment which delivers high value and excellence to our customers.

What will you be doing?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative IT System Engineer to join our IT department — a team that genuinely enjoys solving problems together and supporting each other's growth. You'll become part of the Technology Team, delivering hands-on systems engineering and operational support across business-critical IT environments, and you'll have real input into the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of the services we deliver across Navarino HQ and our branches abroad.

This is a role with room to grow: you'll be exposed to a modern, evolving tech stack spanning cloud-connected infrastructure, and enterprise-grade systems — and you'll have the support and mentorship to build deep expertise and take on more responsibility over time.

In this role you will:

• Install, configure, administer, and support Windows Servers, workstations, NAS systems, printers, Wi-Fi, and network-connected devices, working with modern, up-to-date infrastructure tools
• Monitor and maintain system availability, performance, and security across customer and internal environments
• Perform proactive system maintenance, updates, and patching to ensure reliability and compliance
• Design, implement, and maintain backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, system diagrams, and procedures
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Support, Projects) in a collaborative, no-silos culture where knowledge-sharing and mutual support are the norm

You'll be joining a team where your ideas are heard, your growth is invested in, and the tools you work with keep pace with where the industry is headed.
