Help Shape Your Local Design Community
At Trail Appliances, we believe exceptional homes begin with exceptional relationships. Our Designer Sales team partners with interior designers, builders, architects and homeowners to help bring beautiful spaces to life. We're looking for a relationship-driven professional—in the Victoria area—to help us build an even stronger presence within the design community.
About the Role
As a Designer Sales Account Manager, you will develop relationships with designers, builders, architects and trade professionals throughout Vancouver Island. You will create new opportunities, guide projects from early planning through completion, and work alongside our showroom, operations and supplier partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Success is measured by the trust you earn, the relationships you build and the reputation you establish within the community.
Who We're Looking For
The most successful people on our team are not necessarily those with appliance experience. They are people who naturally build relationships and enjoy creating opportunities.
• Enjoys meeting new people and building genuine, long-term relationships.
• Is energized by business development, networking and growing a portfolio of clients.
• Communicates with confidence, professionalism and authenticity.
• Takes ownership, works independently and thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Has an appreciation for design, architecture, construction or beautiful spaces.
• Wants to become an active member of the Vancouver Island design community.
• Welcomes feedback and is committed to continuous learning and growth.
• Experience in business development, relationship-based sales, interior design, construction, luxury retail, hospitality or another client-focused industry is considered an asset, but your ability to connect with people and earn trust is what matters most.
Why Join Trail Appliances?
• A respected brand with an outstanding reputation in the marketplace.
• Access to world-class appliance brands and inspiring showroom environments.
• Comprehensive onboarding, coaching and ongoing professional development.
• A collaborative culture where Designer Sales, showroom teams, operations and supplier partners work together to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• The opportunity to build your own network and become a recognized member of your local design community.
