About the Role
The Field Training & Education Manager develops and executes field education strategies that strengthen commercial capabilities, accelerate referral pipeline growth, and improve field execution. This role serves as the dedicated capability-development lead for the Therapy Development Representative (TDR) organization, owning onboarding, certification, advanced curriculum, referral-development training, ecosystem engagement, and field reinforcement.
The manager translates business priorities, including cardiovascular and PCP engagement, reimbursement, competitive strategy, referral development, and AI-enabled workflows, into practical learning experiences, playbooks, tools, and coaching resources. The role also leads continuing education for tenured field employees, ensuring ongoing skill development and application beyond formal training.
Success requires expertise in commercial effectiveness, ecosystem development, field execution, and adult learning, coupled with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging, actionable programs. The individual must collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, Outcomes, Reimbursement, and other cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with business priorities.
The ideal candidate is a low-ego, high-performing collaborator who values team success, leads through influence, and fosters a high-trust environment while driving alignment from strategy to execution.
