What You Will Do

• Program Planning & Design: Structure and develop programs, including content creation, to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Program Operations: Manage execution and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective program delivery.
• Data Analysis: Analyze seller profiles, onboarding status, and key performance metrics to inform program design and drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage a combination of strategic planning, operational excellence, and data-driven insights to build scalable, high-impact programs, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and accelerate business outcomes.
