• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Business, and Operations teams to scale successful solutions
• Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to improve search relevance and conversion metrics
• Drive end-to-end ownership from problem identification through implementation and business impact measurement

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Product Operations, Data Products, or related areas
• Demonstrated experience applying LLMs and AI technologies to solve real-world business problems
• Hands-on experience designing workflows, automation solutions, or data pipelines
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive deep into data and identify root causes
• Ability to independently build MVPs and rapidly iterate solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in catalog management, catalog products, search, recommendation, marketplace, or e-commerce platforms
• Product Management experience in a large-scale technology company
