Role Overview
We are seeking an analytical, customer-obsessed Product Manager (3–5 Years Experience) with a strong background in Product Research and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS). In this role, you will sit at the intersection of enterprise customer needs, market intelligence, and product execution. You will act as the champion of the end-user, using qualitative research, data analytics, and direct customer feedback to shape the Hexnode product roadmap and ensure our platform remains the most user-centric UEM solution on the market.
Key Responsibilities
Product Research & Strategy
-
Lead continuous product discovery through qualitative user interviews, quantitative surveys, competitive analysis, and usability testing with global IT administrators.
-
Synthesize complex market trends and security/endpoint management requirements into actionable product requirements and detailed PRDs.
-
Translate raw research insights into user personas, customer journey maps, and high-impact feature enhancements.
Customer Satisfaction & Feedback Optimization
-
Own and scale Hexnode’s Voice of Customer (VoC) program, directly connecting customer feedback loops (NPS, CSAT, G2/Capterra reviews, churn analysis) to sprint planning.
-
Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to identify major platform friction points, reducing time-to-value and customer churn.
-
Design and manage Beta testing programs to validate feature utility and usability prior to full commercial rollout.
Product Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
-
Work directly with UX/UI designers and engineering teams in an Agile environment to build intuitive, enterprise-grade workflows.
-
Define and track key product adoption, engagement, and retention metrics using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
