What You'll Own

• The global hiring strategy. You'll design and run the talent approach for annotation, multilingual projects, LLM evaluation, LiDAR and Physical AI expertise, and specialized domains such as Legal, Medical, Maths, and Science.
• Pipelines in five regions. You'll build and manage recruitment engines that deliver reliably across the US, Europe, LATAM, MENA, and APAC.
• A flexible workforce ecosystem. You'll set up and scale vendor, freelancer, and distributed talent networks that can flex with changing project needs.
