And it's not just something we provide our customers. It's something that inspires our company. People don't come here to join a culture that's built on digital freedom. They come to cultivate it.
Our intelligent, cloud identity platform lets people shop, work, bank, and interact wherever and however they want. Without friction. Without fear.
While protecting digital identities is at the core of our technology, protecting individual identities is at the core of our culture. We champion every identity. One of our core values, Respect Individuality, reminds us to celebrate differences so you are empowered to bring your authentic self to work.
We're headquartered in Denver, Colorado and we have offices and employees around the globe. We serve the largest, most demanding enterprises worldwide, including more than half of the Fortune 100. At Ping Identity, we're changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management.
At Ping Identity, we help enterprises protect millions of identities every day. Our industry-leading solutions in multi-factor authentication (MFA), fraud detection, risk-based access, and identity verification deliver secure, seamless digital experiences for some of the world’s largest organizations.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Specialist to join our team and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for these critical solutions. This highly customer-facing role is your opportunity to combine deep technical knowledge with relationship-building skills—supporting enterprise customers, gathering feedback from the field, and partnering with our product teams to influence the future of identity security.
What You’ll Do
- Represent the company with executive presence, delivering roadmap presentations and strategic briefings tailored for C-suite and senior leadership audiences.
- Lead high-impact technical discussions and workshops, providing deep expertise across authentication, fraud detection, risk engines, and identity verification.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, framing technical solutions in the context of business outcomes, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Act as a key voice of the field—capturing insights from customer engagements and market trends to influence product strategy and long-term roadmap.
- Partner with account teams and solution engineers on critical customer engagements, ensuring successful evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and production deployments.
