Program Coordinator

WHAT YOU WILL DO:  
As a Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting global logistics   
operations, order control processes, and program execution activities. You will serve as a   
central point of coordination between internal stakeholders, logistics providers,   
warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of logistics   
programs and operational initiatives.  
This role is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment activities, supporting new   
program onboarding, developing operational reporting and dashboards, managing project   
deliverables, and driving visibility across logistics operations. The Program Coordinator will   
leverage data, analytics, and process management to support decision-making, improve   
operational performance, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.  
This is a hybrid position that combines onsite operational support with remote   
administrative responsibilities. Regular onsite presence is required to support daily   
business operations and team collaboration.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  
Program Coordination & Operational Support  
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics programs and operational activities across multiple   
regions and stakeholders.  
• Support the onboarding and implementation of new programs, products, and   
operational initiatives.  
• Coordinate cross-functional activities required for operational readiness, including   
logistics, inventory, systems, reporting, and process documentation.  
• Monitor program performance and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies as   
needed.

Order Control & Fulfillment Coordination  
• Support global Order Control activities to ensure customer orders are processed   
accurately and fulfilled on time.  
• Monitor order status, inventory availability, and fulfillment activities to identify   
potential risks or delays.   • Partner with logistics teams, warehouses, and stakeholders to resolve order-related    issues.   • Coordinate priority shipments and fulfillment activities to meet business    requirements and service commitments.
