THE COMPANY

AXS is a global ticketing provider for venues, sports clubs, and live events, delivering innovative ticketing, data, and marketing solutions. In Germany, AXS plays a central role in the live entertainment ecosystem through its close connection with Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc. (AEG), the independent, globally operating entertainment group behind many of the country’s most prominent venues. These include Berlin’s Uber Arena and Uber Eats Music Hall, as well as Hamburg’s Barclays Arena.

AXS is responsible for ticketing for AEG Presents, one of the world’s leading organizers of tours, festivals, and concerts. Fans of internationally renowned artists such as Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Kylie Minogue, Katy Perry, and BLACKPINK rely on AXS to access unforgettable live events, including globally celebrated festivals such as Coachella and major concert series across Europe.

As part of AXS Europe, we are a preferred ticketing partner for some of the largest venues and festivals across the continent. Using the latest technology, we seamlessly guide fans through every stage of the event life cycle - from ticket discovery and purchase to venue access and beyond. Our revolutionary digital platforms are designed to deliver an intuitive, high-quality user experience that makes live entertainment more accessible and enjoyable.

Founded in 2011, AXS has consistently driven innovation within the ticketing industry, improving how fans discover events, find the perfect seats, and connect with live experiences. From our European headquarters in London and across our teams throughout Germany, wider Europe, and the US, we continue to evolve the industry with dedicated, diverse teams working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

We are passionate about enhancing the fan experience and providing game‑changing solutions for our partners and clients in Germany and beyond.
