Since our founding in 2011 and as part of Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG Worldwide), we’ve consistently pushed the industry forward and improved experiences for fans, making it easier than ever to discover events, find the perfect seats, and enjoy unforgettable live entertainment, and we continue to lead the evolution of our industry today.

AXS is thrilled to be expanding its operations in our Tokyo office. This move comes as our company continues to grow its global footprint. In Japan, AXS Tickets functions as the operating company, while AXS Japan focuses on development and corporate functions.

THE ROLE

The Marketing Manager role in Japan is a key hands-on position responsible for supporting and executing both B2C and B2B marketing across our digital channels. You will focus on utilizing key marketing channels effectively and efficiently to drive ticket sales and customer engagement, while also supporting business development and strengthening our consumer and client brand presence in Japan.

This is a broad marketing generalist role, with a particular focus on data-driven marketing, growth, and continuous improvement. You will use business and marketing data to identify issues and opportunities, help set priorities, and plan, execute and optimize initiatives across both B2C and B2B marketing. Working closely with local stakeholders and the global marketing team, you will also help improve the tools, reporting and processes needed to support marketing in Japan as the business grows.

You are highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. You have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical and presentation skills, and a good command of English and Japanese. You are proactive and hands-on, comfortable moving between analyzing performance, identifying opportunities and executing day-to-day marketing activity. You build strong relationships with colleagues and enjoy collaborating across local and global teams.
