Financial Analyst

Pansophic Learning is an education company that strives to provide students and educators exceptional learning solutions that enable them to maximize their success academically and in life, regardless of geographic, financial, or demographic circumstance. We believe every child should be able to be whatever they want to be in life regardless of where they were born.

Our Early Learning Academies (learning centers) focus on providing high-quality early childhood education that prepare children for kindergarten and provide the foundation for long-term academic success. As the population of children with two working parents grows, so does the demand for childcare where families are engaged in their child’s learning experiences. Parents increasingly focus on early education rather than simple “day-care” – this secular trend is resulting in a shift in consumer preference towards more educationally focused childcare offerings.

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Early Learning Academies division and serve as a key strategic partner in financial planning, resource allocation, operational performance management, and growth initiatives. This role will work closely with leadership, operations, accounting, and finance teams to deliver actionable insights that drive informed business decisions and support the organization's continued expansion.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
