Sales Development Representative

Who is Eleos Health?

The people who deliver care in our communities and homes do some of the most important work in healthcare. But too often, theyʼre asked to spend their time navigating paperwork, administrative burden, and problems they only discover after something has already gone wrong.

Eleos exists to change that.

Weʼre building the system of action for community-based care - helping behavioral health, hospice, home health, and other care teams spend less time reacting to problems and more time focused on the people they serve.

Powered by our Polaris AI, Eleos works alongside clinicians and their teams to understand whatʼs happening across care in real time and take action before issues become problems, reducing administrative burden, protecting revenue and compliance, and giving care teams more time and capacity to deliver great care.

Our vision is a world where care teams can stay one step ahead, rather than constantly catching up. Weʼre helping shift an entire industry from reactive to proactive, and we need talented people to help us get there.

What is this opportunity?

This role is for FUTURE SDR openings.  At Eleos Health, our Sales Development team is always growing — and we like to stay connected with great talent ahead of need. This posting represents future SDR openings rather than a role we're actively filling right now. If your experience matches what we look for, we'll keep your profile on file and reach out as soon as a position opens up.  There is no need to follow up on application status.

As an SDR at Eleos Health supporting our Home Health/Hospice market, you’ll be responsible for both inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification efforts. You will engage with potential clients from various channels, assess their needs, and create opportunities for our sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Development, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead journey and contribute to Eleos Health’s growth.

Who are you?

You’re an experienced, results-driven and sales-oriented professional with proven performance and understanding of best practices. You are a believer in strategic, targeted outbound and inbound pipeline development strategies. You know how to leverage technology and use data to manage your time, qualify prospects, and drive continuous improvement.  You have a passion for sales/marketing, operate with high accountability and are eager to make a positive impact in mental health care. You are flexible, adaptable, and enjoy fast-paced, high-growth environments.

How will you contribute?

Inbound Responsibilities

• Qualify & Connect: Assess leads' needs, qualify their potential fit for Eleos solutions, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Feedback Loop: Provide actionable feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign performance to optimize inbound processes.

Outbound Responsibilities

• Event Engagement: Manage and coordinate activities related to trade shows, webinars, and other events. This includes pre-event planning, working with Account Executives to identify and target high-value attendees, and ensuring timely follow-up with leads generated from these events.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing team and external vendors to set up and manage event logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Follow-Up Strategy: Execute post-event strategies to engage attendees through personalized outreach and nurture campaigns, turning warm leads into opportunities.
• Prospecting: Conduct targeted research on assigned territory accounts and identify key decision-makers. Utilize a multi-touch strategy—including phone, email, and LinkedIn—to generate interest.
• Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline of high-priority prospects to drive top-of-funnel growth.

Collaboration & Additional Responsibilities

• Team Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to align on strategies and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
• Sales Enablement: Stay current on Eleos Health’s products, competitive landscape, and industry trends to effectively communicate value.
• Peer Learning: Share insights, best practices, and feedback with team members to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1.5 years as an SDR or in a similar sales role, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Behavioral Health, SUD, Home Health or Hospice space.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and qualification metrics.
• Experience engaging with warm leads, including those from events and marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Gong Engage), and research tools such as LinkedIn Navigator.
