HR Associate

Be part of a high-performing Recruitment team at one of America’s fastest growing companies

We’re a strong team of dedicated talent specialists spread across India and the Philippines. We’ve hired and retained over 400 employees in the past few years and learned a ton along the way; what scales, what breaks, and what truly moves the needle.

We’re an experiment-first team. We don’t flinch at ideas, we love them. Have a compelling idea? Pitch it. We’ll run with it. We’re equally big on learning and iteration, and today, nearly 50% of our workflows are automated, freeing our talent associates to focus on strategy and execution.

Now, we’re looking for strategists who execute. People who go beyond ticking off daily tasks and think about the bigger picture:

• How can HR enable the business?
• How can HR better support the Executive Team?
• How can HR lead world-class talent acquisition that creates a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers?

If this sounds exciting, and you have the energy to build, experiment, and own outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

• Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines
• Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment
