2) Product Pitching & Partnership Development

• Confidently demonstrate and sell Tide’s core product suite, specifically focusing on business current accounts, commercial insurance, funding options, and card terminal solutions.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with local business hubs, accountants, and SME networks to drive referrals and scale customer acquisition.

3) Office Collaboration & Event Networking

• Maintain a full-time, 5-day-a-week schedule operating across the field and the office.
• Align with the wider sales team, optimize pitch strategies, report on market intelligence, and manage the administrative aspects of the sales cycle.
• Actively represent Tide at industry events, trade shows, business exhibitions, and local networking sessions to build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have a demonstrable track record in B2B business development and active field sales, ideally within a fast-paced startup or fintech environment.
