Senior Clinical Recruiter – Behavioral Health (Fully Remote)
Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health & Concerted Care Group (CCG)
Compensation: Up to $85,000 base + per-hire commission

Who We Are

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and Concerted Care Group (CCG) are leading outpatient treatment providers in the Mid-Atlantic region, serving individuals whose lives have been affected by substance use and mental health disorders. We deliver compassionate, evidence-based care focused on improving quality of life, and we're growing our programs to expand access and flexibility for the people who need us most.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are core to how we treat both our patients and our employees. When you join us, you join a committed, caring team that believes great care starts with great clinicians, and great clinicians start with great recruiters.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Clinical Recruiter who knows the behavioral health world from the inside. You've recruited therapists, clinical supervisors, counselors, and nurses for addiction and mental health organizations, and you understand the licenses, credentials, and motivations that matter in this field.

Above all, you're an expert sourcer. You don't wait for applicants; you find the clinicians who aren't looking yet and give them a reason to talk to you. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for your requisitions, partner closely with hiring managers, and build lasting talent pipelines for our high-volume and evergreen roles.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles including Therapists, Clinical Supervisors, Counselors, Nurses, and other behavioral health positions
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, resume mining, and creative outreach
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for evergreen and hard-to-fill roles
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand each role, team dynamic, and expectations
• Act as a consultative partner to leadership, advising on sourcing strategy, assessment approach, and offer strategy
• Verify that candidates hold the appropriate licenses and credentials for their roles
• Negotiate and extend offers, then coordinate accepted terms and start dates with hiring managers and HR
• Track employee referrals tied to hires for referral award eligibility
• Manage your pipeline and candidate activity in Greenhouse
• Build relationships across the clinical community and with internal teams and leaders

What You Bring

• 2+ years of clinical recruiting experience, specifically in addiction and/or mental health (required)
• Proven success recruiting licensed clinicians such as Therapists, Counselors, Clinical Supervisors, and Nurses
• Expert-level sourcing skills with a strong track record of hunting and resume mining for passive talent
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (required)
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed sourcing (required)
• Working knowledge of behavioral health licensure and credentialing (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LCADC, RN)
• A track record of results in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong time management, follow-through, and the ability to reprioritize as needs shift
• Bachelor's degree required

What We Offer

• Base salary up to $85,000 plus a per-hire commission plan
• Fully remote position
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage
• Life insurance
• 401(k)
• Paid vacation time
• Paid professional development time
• Tuition reimbursement
• Student loan repayment program
• And more
