This is an excellent opportunity for a Big 4 Manager, Assistant Controller, or experienced accounting professional who is looking for a flexible part-time role while continuing to have meaningful ownership and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and Israeli statutory requirements

• Oversee tax compliance processes and coordinate with external tax advisors

• Maintain and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and operational efficiency

• Support the implementation and optimization of accounting systems, ERP functionality, automation, and AI-based tools

• Partner closely with FP&A to ensure consistency and accuracy between accounting and management reporting

• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Operations, and other cross-functional teams on accounting, compliance, and financial matters

• Take ownership of special projects, financial analysis, and other ad hoc initiatives as the company scales

• Proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and drive them through to completion
