Driven to Build Excellence? You’ll Thrive at Brown Haven Homes.

At Brown Haven Homes, we believe building a home should be just as rewarding as living in one. We’re passionate about delivering a seamless, transparent, and highly personalized building experience that gives families confidence from day one. We’re creating a legacy rooted in craftsmanship, trust, and operational excellence. Our mission is bold: to deliver 1,000+ homes per year and set the standard as the premier custom home builder in the country. To get there, we’re looking for driven Construction Leaders who take pride in ownership, thrive on accountability, and lead teams to win.

Our Construction Leaders are at the core of that mission. They’re planners, problem-solvers, and culture-setters in the field. • You Act Now. You don’t walk past issues. If something’s off, you handle it immediately before it becomes a bigger problem.
• You Sweat the Details. You know quality lives in the small stuff - clean job sites, tight schedules, solid inspections, and punch lists that actually get finished.
