What you will do:
Are you a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional ready to make a global impact? We’re looking for a high-energy Account Manager to lead our go to market efforts across a portfolio of high-potential accounts in the North America region.
In this role, you will manage and grow a book of existing customers with a focus on driving adoption, expanding licenses, and ensuring customers unlock the full value of thinkcell. You will own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to close and work cross functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
If you thrive on building strong relationships, uncovering growth opportunities, and driving impact across a broad customer base, this is your opportunity to lead from the front.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of customers by managing and growing key accounts while identifying and executing expansion opportunities.
- Prospecting into new teams and divisions within existing accounts, leveraging account mapping and data-driven sales strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including qualification, value positioning, live product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Manage data-driven account forensics to identify areas for expansion and churn prevention.
- Engage directly with end-users, procurement, and decision-makers to drive adoption and long-term value.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each customer’s structure, needs, and buying patterns.
- Own pipeline generation, inbound requests, and trial conversions by refining outreach strategies, adjusting messaging, and executing sales plays.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, customer enablement, and solution consulting to drive training and adoption within key accounts.
- Monitor account health and proactively mitigate churn risk through ongoing engagement, renewal strategies, and expansion planning.
