Position Overview

At Stanley 1913, Total Rewards is about more than compensation and benefits—it’s how we recognize contributions, invest in our people, and create an employee experience where people can thrive. We are hiring a Director, Compensation & Total Rewards to lead our global rewards strategy, with a primary focus on Compensation.
