Who You Are:
- A highly organized professional with 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, governance reporting, or PMO functions (minimum 3+ years in a large enterprise environment).
- Skilled in Excel — Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), and data modeling.
- Proficient in Power BI — connecting datasets, designing dashboards, and building DAX measures for financial KPIs.
- Experienced in PowerPoint — creating executive-level visuals that communicate complex data with clarity and impact.
- Comfortable collaborating in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint — managing documents, meetings, and stakeholder communications globally.
- Experienced with Microsoft Copilot (M365) — using AI to summarize data, automate reporting, and enhance productivity.
- Strong in project and deliverable management — able to plan, track, and follow through on executive meetings and reporting cycles.
- A confident communicator who can present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and precision.
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and values quality, accountability, and data accuracy.
It Would Be Awesome If You Had:
- Experience supporting financial governance programs or executive reporting functions at a global financial institution.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Planner, or Loop to streamline reporting and follow-up workflows.
- A background in organizational strategy, financial tracking, or data-driven decision support.
- Experience improving meeting effectiveness through structured agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up discipline.
What You Will Do:
- Build and automate financial dashboards and governance reports in Excel and Power BI.
