Your Role at impact.com:
We are growing our Tracking team and hiring experienced Java engineers who enjoy delivering products that operate at meaningful scale. You will build and evolve the services, APIs, and data workflows behind products used by many of the world's best-known brands.
This is one flexible senior-level opportunity. We are looking for strong product-delivery engineers and will assess each candidate's technical depth, experience, and best placement on the team during the hiring process. Depending on your strengths, you may contribute through hands-on feature and service delivery, technical leadership, or broader architectural ownership.
Candidates who can participate in a hybrid work model with at least two in-office days per week are highly preferred.
What You'll Do:
- Own features from concept to production.
- Design, build, and evolve Java services, modules, and internal APIs that support high-volume tracking, data, and commerce workflows.
- Make sound technical decisions across service boundaries, relational data, asynchronous processing, reliability, and operational performance.
- Improve the deployment, observability, scalability, and maintainability of our applications and services.
