About the Role

What You'll Do
-
Plan and run integrated campaigns around product launches, industry events, and company announcements.
-
Lead an industry awards program and find opportunities to build community and reach new audiences.
-
Build and optimize demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels, tracking performance through to pipeline.
-
Grow a micro-influencer program with practitioners, investors, and software operators.
-
Build automated workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled processes that connect CRM, product data, and marketing channels.
-
Set up tracking and reporting from first touch through closed-won, and document automations for team reuse.
-
Develop product positioning and launch plans, update the website and customer newsletter, and create sales enablement materials such as battlecards, one-pagers, and customer stories.
What We're Looking For
-
Six to eight years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in B2B software, with ownership of a growth, content, or demand generation function.
-
A proven record of running demand generation or content programs that generate pipeline, ideally in a product-led or referral-driven context.
-
Proficiency with Claude or similar AI tools, and experience using AI features and automation to streamline work.
-
Strong understanding of marketing automation, data, analytics, and software products, with the ability to work through technical topics with engineering.
-
Excellent English writing skills, clear and persuasive copy, strong organization, autonomy, and a good sense of design.
-
SEO and GEO experience, familiarity with CMS platforms such as Framer or Webflow, and comfort with tools such as HubSpot are helpful.
