Role: Sales Development Representative
Reports to: Director, Business Development
Location: London, hybrid (1 days per week in the London office)
Languages: English (native/C2 level) is required; German is advantageous

The launchpad!
Conga is looking for elite Sales Development Representatives who are ready to operate at the Enterprise level — hunters who don’t wait for leads to fall into their lap, who treat the phone like a weapon, and who understand that every conversation is a chance to change the trajectory of a deal. If you’re the type who reads sales books for fun, studies your prospects before the first dial, and refuses to miss quota, we need to talk.

THE ROLE
As an SDR at Conga, you’re the tip of the spear. You’ll own enterprise-level outbound prospecting in a defined market segment, executing high-volume, high-quality multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video. You’re not just filling a pipeline — you’re building it from scratch, qualifying decision-makers, and handing revenue-ready opportunities to our sales teams.
Beyond outbound, you’ll play a pivotal role in converting marketing-sourced interest: following up on campaigns, engaging event attendees, and working inbound leads with urgency and precision. This is a hybrid position — you’ll collaborate closely with a team of top performers and world-class leadership.

WHY IT''S A BIG DEAL.....
The SDR role at Conga is genuinely career-defining. You’ll be equipped with the best sales technology stack in the industry, trained by leaders who’ve built and scaled enterprise sales organisations, and embedded in a culture that promotes from within. SDRs who perform don’t stay SDRs for long.

What You’re Signing Up For

• Elite training — World-class onboarding and continuous coaching from experienced leaders.
• Market-leading tech — Hands-on mastery of the tools the best SDR teams in the world use daily. (Outreach, Zoominfo, Lusha, LinkedIn)
• Fast-track progression — A clear, merit-based path into Account Executive, CS, Marketing, or Sales Leadership
• Real impact — Your pipeline directly drives Conga’s revenue and growth trajectory

What We’re Looking For.....
We’re selective. We’re not hiring for potential alone — we’re hiring for drive, grit, and commercial instinct. The right candidate has already proven they can go after something and get it.
A degree or equivalent work experience is welcome, but it’s not what gets you hired here. What matters is your track record, your mindset, and your ability to demonstrate that you can build and convert pipeline at the enterprise level. If you’re early in your career and have the hunger to back it up — let’s talk.

Proven Outbound Instinct. You have a 1 to 3 years of enterprise-level outbound prospecting. You understand the mechanics of a multi-touch sequence, know how to break through gatekeepers, and have the resilience to thrive in a high-volume environment. Pipeline isn’t built by luck — and you know that better than anyone.

Radical Ownership. You don’t wait to be managed. You spot gaps, design solutions, and execute — often before your manager even knows there’s a problem. You treat your patch like a business: always prospecting, always iterating, always looking for an edge. That entrepreneurial mindset is non-negotiable here.

Resourcefulness Under Pressure. At Conga, we don’t accept “I couldn’t find the answer” as an outcome. When you hit a wall, you go around it, over it, or through it. You tap colleagues, your network, industry content, and every resource at your disposal — and then you share what you’ve learned with the team.

Sharp Communication. You command attention whether you’re on a cold call, writing a personalised email, or in a room with a C-suite prospect. You read people quickly, adapt your style on the fly, and deliver your message with clarity and conviction. You are the voice of Conga — make it count.

Tech Fluency. You’re already operating in a CRM and know your way around a sales engagement platform like Outreach. You don’t need to be spoon-fed a workflow — you optimise it. Comfort with data-led targeting and campaign analysis is a real advantage in this role.

Innovative Thinking. The market moves fast — buyer behaviour, data regulations, outreach tactics. You stay ahead of the curve, test new approaches, and actively contribute ideas that make the team sharper. If you’re still running the same sequence you used two years ago, this might not be the right fit.

What Gives You An Edge.....
We want to know what makes you different. Not just your CV — your personal brand. What do you bring into a room? What does your reputation say about you? How do you earn trust quickly and create urgency in a conversation?

Standout Candidates Will Demonstrate:

• Enterprise Prospecting Experience — you’ve worked target accounts, not just warm inbounds
• A Personal System — you have a methodology for your outreach, not just a script
• Commercial Curiosity — you understand your prospect’s business before you dial
• Hunger To Grow — you want coaching, you apply it, and you ask for more

Ready to prove yourself?
If you’re the kind of SDR who makes things happen rather than watching them happen — apply now. Conga is the place where careers in enterprise sales are built.
