• Utilization & Footprint Strategy: Develop workplace strategies that optimize office utilization and adapt to the unique workspace expectations of the European workforce.
• Global-to-Local Alignment: Translate global workplace initiatives from Senior Management into executable, locally relevant plans for European offices.

Safety and Security

• European Compliance: Partner with Global Safety and Security to implement safety and physical security programs that align with GDPR, local labor councils, and European safety regulations.
• Incident Response: Serve as the regional escalation point for emergencies, coordinating swift responses with local building management, internal teams, and external emergency services.
• Local Readiness: Lead emergency preparedness and health/safety compliance for the London office, while coaching continental managers on their local requirements.

Project Management & Corporate Real Estate

• Project Delivery: Oversee EMEA workplace projects, including office refreshes, lease renewals, or relocations, ensuring minimal disruption to local teams.
• Cross-Functional Partnering: Collaborate with global Real Estate, IT/AV, Finance, and Legal to manage project lifecycles and mitigate regional dependencies.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with architects, contractors, and furniture suppliers to ensure quality control and cost efficiency.
