Role Overview:
As a Staff Software Engineer I, you serve as a technical leader who drives the architecture and development of complex, high-impact software systems across HCP. You apply deep engineering expertise to ambiguous technical challenges, establish scalable solutions and patterns, and influence engineering decisions beyond your immediate projects. You collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business needs into reliable, performant, and maintainable systems. You also elevate engineering practices through technical mentorship, thoughtful design decisions, and continuous evaluation of emerging technologies and approaches.

Compensation: 8 200 - 9 700 USD per month (B2B) 

What you do each day:

• Design and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions that address complex business and technical requirements
• Lead technical architecture and design decisions for high-impact initiatives across multiple systems
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements, tradeoffs, and implementation approaches
