If you're a Google Ads expert who thinks in numbers, obsesses over every dollar of spend, gets a thrill from squeezing more performance out of a campaign, and is comfortable leveraging AI and LLMs to work smarter and faster — this is your game to play.

What will you do?

• Own and optimize Google Ads end-to-end: Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns to drive user and pipeline growth.
• Lead in-house media transition: Take over management of a six-figure monthly budget currently run by an external agency.
• Drive growth via paid channels: Focus on Google and emerging platforms like OpenAI to expand reach and acquisition.
• Partner on attribution tracking: Collaborate on measurement and reporting across GA4, GTM, and HubSpot.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with design, product marketing, and sales to align campaigns with GTM priorities and target personas.
• Explore emerging ad platforms: Test and scale new channels and user experience to stay ahead of industry trends.

What will you need to have?

• Google Ads expertise: 2-4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, managing significant budgets with full ownership of strategy and execution.
• Deep, practical expertise across Search, Performance Max, Display/remarketing, and YouTube — including bidding strategies, audience building, and conversion tracking setup
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable pulling and interpreting data independently (Google Ads reporting, GA4, Excel/Sheets, dashboards) to drive decisions, not just execute them
