Account Manager

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

• We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.

• We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.

• At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

• From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy

Are you a commercially driven sales professional who loves opening doors, building relationships and winning new business? We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This is a hunter-focused role for someone who is energised by prospecting, creating opportunities from scratch and turning conversations into revenue. You’ll be responsible for developing new business across the ASEAN market, while also building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You’ll need to be comfortable owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting and first conversation through to negotiation, close and account growth. If you’re ambitious, resilient and enjoy the thrill of winning, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt for new business: Identify, prospect and engage new clients across your target market, building a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound activity.
• Own the full sales cycle: Take opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through presentations, proposals, negotiation and close.
• Create your own opportunities: Research target accounts, identify decision-makers and develop creative approaches to open new conversations rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
• Build senior relationships: Develop trusted relationships with marketing, demand generation, sales and other senior stakeholders within target accounts.
• Understand client challenges: Uncover business objectives, pain points and priorities and translate these into relevant solutions.
• Drive revenue growth: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Grow existing accounts: Identify cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within existing clients while continuing to prioritise new business acquisition.
• Build and manage pipeline: Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline, with a strong focus on conversion, deal velocity and revenue generation.
• Partner with internal teams: Work closely with campaign, marketing, delivery and client success teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sale through execution.
• Stay commercially curious: Keep up to date with trends across B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM and the broader technology landscape so you can bring value to client conversations.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within technology, media, marketing, advertising, demand generation, SaaS or a related environment.
• A proven hunter mentality — you enjoy prospecting, cold outreach, and creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come to you.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and consistently delivering revenue.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Strong commercial and consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover needs and position solutions against business challenges.
• Confident engaging with senior decision-makers and navigating multiple stakeholders within an organisation.
• Resilient and persistent — comfortable hearing “no” and finding another way in.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organised and comfortable working towards ambitious targets.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders while taking full ownership of their number.
• Experience or understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM or digital marketing is highly advantageous.

The Person We’re Looking For

You’re not someone who waits for an SDR to hand you a meeting.

You’re naturally curious about businesses, know how to identify an opportunity, and are confident picking up the phone, sending the message or finding the right person to start a conversation.

You’re competitive but collaborative, commercially minded and motivated by results. You take ownership of your pipeline, your clients and, most importantly, your number.

What We Offer

• Career Growth: Join a high-growth organisation with genuine opportunities to develop your sales career.
• Competitive Compensation: Attractive base salary with performance-based incentives tied to your success.
• Autonomy & Ownership: The opportunity to build your own pipeline, develop your territory and make a visible impact on revenue growth.
• Collaborative Culture: Work alongside an experienced, supportive team that values ambition, accountability and teamwork.
• Regional Exposure: Work with leading technology and B2B brands across the ASEAN and APAC markets.

If you’re a natural hunter who enjoys opening doors, winning new business and building something of your own, we’d love to hear from you.
