We are looking for a Safety Manager to join our growing Operations team! This individual will report to our Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement, and will lead and oversee all safety, health, and workers compensation initiatives across the entire SupplyHouse fulfillment network. This role ensures consistent implementation of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and injury prevention strategies across all locations. If you are passionate about building a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement across a growing operation, we’d love to hear from you!
This is a remote position open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. While this role is fully remote, there is a strong preference for the selected individual to live within reasonable proximity to one of our fulfillment centers in Atlanta, GA; Canal Winchester, OH; Dayton, NJ; Farmers Branch, TX; or Reno, NV.
About 40% of the year, this role will entail traveling to our fulfillment center locations. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Remote
Schedule: While this position generally follows a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Safety Manager is expected to be reachable outside of standard business hours in the event of a workplace incident or accident requiring support.
Salary: The expected starting salary for the position is $107,480 to $134,351 within a full position range of $107,480 to $161,221 annually. This range reflects the long-term earning potential for the role. Our starting pay practice is the minimum to middle portion of the range, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity, consistent with applicable law and it is rare for a new hire to start above the midpoint.
