• Qualify companies and contacts through cold emailing, networking - and cold calling where necessary.
• Run discovery calls to qualify those opportunities which are ready for a sales conversation with your New Business colleagues.
• Support the follow-up process after new business conversations to understand the whole sales process.
• Work with internal departments to drive lead generation and further strengthen our lead nurturing programme.

• Maintain records of all prospects and outreach in Microsoft Dynamics, including documenting scheduled meetings.
• Provide a weekly summary of new business activity to the management team.
• Work with sales technology such as LinkedIn.

  What You’ll Bring:

• Outstanding communication and people skills; ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
• Motivation to open doors and generate meetings from a cold start. Multi-channel prospecting will drive your activity (calling, video, voice note, email, social).
• Highly developed analytical skills with an ability to quickly interpret a wealth of information from different sources to build compelling stories with a commercial conclusion.
• A creative approach to finding hooks and problem-solving techniques to secure client meetings.
• Ability to work with the wider sales team to ensure no opportunity gets forgotten, reporting back to the business on the progress of opportunities weekly.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to balance multiple tasks and sales projects simultaneously.
• Ability to build strong relationships with prospects of all levels.
• Experience with marketing intelligence or email marketing is a plus.

What We Offer:

• Flexibility in work hours, including hybrid working arrangements after successful probation.
• 30 days of annual leave, personal coaching sessions, and more.
• Join a diverse, inspiring, and collaborative team in the heart of Düsseldorf.
• Opportunity for career advancement within a globally recognized market intelligence agency.
• Established international company with a start-up atmosphere in the new growing German office (personal responsibility, autonomous work, and freedom for initiative).
