Shopper Marketing Manager

Location: Remote or On-Site

Salary:  130K - 160K

Position Summary

Nordic Naturals is the #1 Omega 3 brand in the U.S., dedicated to delivering the world's safest and most effective nutrients essential to health. Our vision is to correct the global omega-3 deficiency by providing high-quality, sustainable, and transparently sourced nutritional supplements. Grounded in science and manufactured to the highest standards, Nordic Naturals creates products that people trust and rely on for their daily wellness.

Nordic Naturals is seeking a high-energy, strategic Sr. Manager of Shopper Marketing to join our brand team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between brand strategy and our retail channels and will own all consumer facing retail executions.   This role will be responsible for elevating shopper and customer activations, building internal capabilities to step-change our partnership with sales, and delivering retail strategies to support key channels and accounts.

Functioning as the main bridge between sales and marketing, this role collaborates closely with the newly established Channel Marketing Manager within the Sales team. While both positions jointly oversee retail initiatives, this role specifically drives the consumer-targeted strategy and activation, whereas Channel Marketing handles customer- and retailer-focused efforts.
