GTM Engineer

About Payoneer

Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.

By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.

Payoneer is looking for a GTM Engineer to help drive our Outbound engine (Sales Development). This role directly impacts pipeline and revenue. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable working with AI coding, systems, tools, automations, and integrations. Equally important, this is not solely a technical role: we’re looking for a rare blend of a hands-on builder and a strategic, sales-oriented operator — someone with strong sales acumen who recognizes which levers move revenue and can drive them across teams.

Responsibilities

Engineer the Outbound operations. Own the automations, integrations, and AI-driven workflows that power outbound sales ops. Use AI coding tools to ship working solutions fast and debug them as needed.

• Be the glue for global Outbound ops. Connect the teams that execute and support the SDR teams and Outbound Pods — collaborate with Sales leadership and multiple cross-functional teams to drive Outbound performance (SDRs, BDMs, RevOps, Analytics, Lead Research, and Marketing).

• Drive SDR & Outbound BDM performance. Orchestrate the full range of levers that drive SDR and Outbound BDM performance — targeting, lead routing, outreach, handoff, training, accreditation, etc.

• Event performance. Partner with regional Marketing teams, SDRs, and BDMs to run the operations that drive event performance — vetting events, lead generation before/during/after events, etc.

• Automations & workflows. Partner with the AI & RevOps teams to orchestrate AI-driven workflows and processes that reduce manual work and increase SDR & BDM throughput and performance.

• Operational excellence & KPIs. Identify what drives results, iterate quickly, and feed learnings back into targeting logic, outreach design, and sales operations.

• AI-SDR motion. Collaborate with the AI & RevOps teams to build the strategic AI-SDR motion.
