Job Description
Client located in Golden, CO is seeking a Service Desk Technician for a long-term contract position. This position will participate in a call center environment handling calls from internal employees. Responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop/laptop issues, printer issues, operating system issues and software issues. This position includes on-call rotation spread across the team.
