Job Description
Furthering Harvard’s mission to deliver excellence in teaching, learning and research across the university, the Harvard Training Portal (HTP) is the system of record for university-wide compliance and staff professional development training.
Harvard Human Resource’s Center for Workplace Development is seeking a business analyst to join its HTP team as an integral team member of a systems upgrade.
This position will be responsible for business analysis, data integration, configuration, testing, and related project activities associated with a large-scale administrative systems upgrade.
The position will also contribute to ongoing system administration and reporting deliverables that support the HTP team’s operational needs. Core Duties
- Partner with internal staff and external consultants on complex efforts related to the university-wide systems upgrade, including integrations, configuration, testing, and implementation readiness.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance user experience to find improvements for existing client needs as part of migration to the new system.
- Independently analyze, identify, develop, and communicate technical solutions. Devise and/or modify procedures to solve complex technical problems.
