AI Consultant

Dell Technologies customers rely on our products and services to drive progress. So, we take the service we provide extremely seriously. Service Delivery is all about making sure our technical solutions help clients fulfil their priorities, challenges and initiatives. As trusted advisors, we build in-depth knowledge of what each client wants to achieve. Then we make sure the services delivered by Dell Technologies deliver on all our promises. We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

AI consulting is critical to helping Dell Technologies move from AI experimentation to measurable enterprise impact. As organizations scale AI, GenAI and agentic AI adoption, the AI Consultant plays a business-facing role in identifying the right opportunities, validating business value, assessing readiness and creating actionable roadmaps. This role will work directly with business stakeholders, process owners and senior leaders to discover pain points, define use cases, assess feasibility and value, and hand off well-structured requirements to AI Architects and delivery teams. Industry research highlights that enterprise AI success depends on moving beyond pilots, redesigning workflows, strengthening governance and connecting AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
