Security & Resilience Platforms Sales Specialist

Security & Resilience Platform Sales Specialist

Dell Technologies is looking for a Singapore based experienced, high-energy sales hunter to lead growth across security, cyber resilience, and data protection solutions in both Malaysia and Indonesia.

This is an opportunity to engage some of the region’s most important financial services and critical infrastructure organizations, helping them strengthen their ability to prevent disruption, recover from cyber incidents, protect essential data, and maintain operational continuity.

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about security and resilience, thrives in complex enterprise sales environments, and knows how to build momentum across multiple stakeholders. You will bring the curiosity to uncover customer challenges, the commercial instinct to create and qualify opportunities, and the credibility to influence everyone from technical specialists to C-suite decision-makers.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Security & Resilience Platforms Sales Specialist, you will own the specialist sales motion for Dell’s data protection and cyber resilience portfolio across assigned accounts and territories. You will identify whitespace, create demand, shape strategic opportunities, and help customers connect technology investment to measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with account executives, solution architects, consultants, and technical specialists, but you will be the person who creates urgency, orchestrates the opportunity, and keeps the customer conversation moving.

The role is ideal for a proven enterprise seller who enjoys opening doors, navigating complex organizations, and turning business-critical challenges into high-value solutions.

Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Security & Resilience Platforms Sales Specialist in our South Asia and Emerging Markets sales team in Singapore.

You will:

• Solution Positioning & Commercial Strategy: Position Dell's cyber resilience and data protection capabilities with clarity, relevance, and a differentiated point of view. Lead executive briefings, customer workshops, solution presentations, and commercial discussions while developing business cases, proposals, and value stories that connect resilience investments to risk reduction and operational continuity.
• Pipeline Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Create, qualify, and advance complex opportunities through disciplined pipeline and opportunity management. Orchestrate account teams, solution architects, partners, and technical specialists to build compelling customer outcomes and drive strategic opportunities forward.
