Account Manager

The role and the team

As an Account Manager – Cross-Sell (all genders), you grow Lucanet’s revenue by finding and winning new sales opportunities within our existing customer base. You create demand, engage new stakeholders and own each opportunity from first conversation through to close. You work with a high degree of autonomy, using insight, outreach and commercial curiosity to unlock platform value across accounts.

You will work in the Cross-Sell team within our Account Management function. You partner closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales Development Representatives and the wider sales organisation to identify opportunities to sell additional products to our current customers. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you’ll do

• Identify and qualify cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation through to close.
• Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, discovery and internal customer insight.
• Engage new stakeholders and decision-makers to position Lucanet’s broader platform value.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Sales Development Representatives to uncover expansion opportunities.
• Progress opportunities independently, without relying on inbound demand.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and clear pipeline forecasts.

What you bring

You have

• Experience in an SDR, BDR or Junior AE role, with a track record of creating your own pipeline.
• Confidence starting commercial conversations with new stakeholders and decision-makers.
• The ability to handle objections and move deals forward with intent.
• A drive for ownership and autonomy, and a bias towards action and outcomes.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.
