Regulatory and Statutory Reporting

Prepare and support regulatory filings and reporting requirements to SUSEP and other regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with Brazilian insurance regulatory requirements and applicable accounting standards.
Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and related disclosures.
Maintain documentation and evidence supporting regulatory submissions.

Accounting and Financial Activities

Support local accounting activities, including month-end and year-end closing processes and internal and external audits.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial records.
Assist in implementing and maintaining robust internal controls and governance environment.

Financial Analysis and Performance Monitoring

Prepare pluriannual Budget, Forecast and Business Plan.
Analyze monthly financial and technical performance under IFRS4 and IFRS17, identifying trends, variances, and key business drivers.
Produce management reports and presentations for Finance Leadership and Group Management.
Monitor key financial and operational indicators and provide actionable insights, such as profitability, solvency and liquidity.
Knowledge in Financial modeling and Scenario analysis.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
Participate in finance transformation initiatives, automation projects, and continuous improvement programs.
Support the enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and data quality processes.

Contribute to standardization and documentation of finance procedures.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Experience:

5-8 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Reporting, or Controlling.
Experience within insurance, reinsurance, or financial services industry is highly desirable.
Experience with regulatory reporting to SUSEP is strongly preferred.
Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot and Phyton is strongly preferred.
Experience working in multinational environments is an advantage.
